Delivery

Moon Couture aims to deliver all orders only on NEXT WORKING DAYS after payment is received. Orders and Payment made on Thursday,Friday & Saturday will only be shipped on Sunday. We provide both local and international shipping with best cost for both parties.

If we are unable to meet the estimated delivery date we shall not be liable for any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, charges or expenses arising due to POSLAJU late delivery.

We will provide FREE Poslaju shipping to all orders within Malaysia, including Sabah & Sarawak. Tracking numbers are emailed once posted.

In the rare circumstance that your item has a defect or is missing from your order please follow the directions in our FAQ or contact Customer Service at mooncoutures@gmail.com

We ship worldwide.Currently the web is having problem with international orders.

All international orders are shipped using either Malaysian Registered Mail or PosLaju. Malaysian Registered Mail is a postal service that will take 2-3 weeks and will require signature upon delivery. Poslaju is Malaysia's Express Mail Service and delivers within 3 - 5 business days. Signature will also be required. Tracking numbers will be provided for both services by email once shipped.

*FREE international shipping on orders above RM500 in a single receipt (combined orders do not qualify for free shipping). Malaysian Registered Mail only.

Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel.

Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, and cannot tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country.

It might be a good idea to contact your local customs office for current charges before you order, so you are not surprised by charges you were not expecting.

Returns & Refunds

For any reason should you are not completely satisfied and wish to return your item(s), you have 14 days upon receiving the item(s) to return your order. Please contact Moon Couture’s Customer Service to initiate the return.

Please ensure that the Return Slip(RMA) is included in the parcel, and that the item(s) have not been worn and are in their original packaging with complete with TAG.

You will recieve 100% full store credit of the paid price. However,buyer need to bear the cost of shipping the item back to us.

The store credit is valid for 2 months only

Sale items cannot be returned.

Once Quality Control has inspected the returned item(s), we will aim to process your return within 5 business days.

You are responsible for all goods sent until they arrive at our warehouse, and agree to assume the costs associated with returning your purchased item(s) to us. Please ensure to package the goods well to prevent damage. We strongly recommend that you use a reliable courier service with parcel tracking services.

HOW TO RETURN ITEM - REQUEST RMA (MERCHANDISE RETURN) 

To request an RMA if you are a customer:

   1. Log into your Account page on the merchant’s Website.

   2. On the My Account homepage, click "My Orders"- Order History and details of your orders (or equivalent) to  view your orders.
   3. In the row of the order that contains the merchandise you want to return, click "details."
   4. In the order details, mark the checkbox of the item you want to return.

   5. In the Quantity box, type how many of the item you want to return.

   6. In the Merchandise return box, type the reason for the RMA.
   7. Click "Make a RMA slip"
